These terms set out the conditions under which we at faceit provide our online entertainment service. By opening an account on faceit, you agree to these terms. Account Terms on faceit

Bank transfers take 1–2 business hours on weekdays. We do not process deposits on weekends or public holidays; transfers made then will arrive on the next business day.

Deposits are non-refundable once they reach your faceit account, except in cases of payment error (e.g., accidental duplicate transfer). If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and refund errors within 5 business days.

Withdrawals and identity verification

You may withdraw your balance at any time on faceit, subject to account verification. Verification typically takes 1–2 business hours during weekday business hours. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are faster.

Withdrawals are processed to your original deposit method. If you deposited via local payment, your withdrawal goes to your online payment account. If you deposited via a e-wallet virtual account, your withdrawal returns to that mobile banking account. We do not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts or cryptocurrency wallets.

Withdrawal processing takes 1–2 business hours on weekdays, subject to your bank's processing windows. On faceit, we settle football markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League) according to official match results announced by the relevant league or governing body. We do not offer betting on abandoned or rescheduled matches unless explicitly stated in market terms. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, we void all unsettled bets and refund stakes to your faceit account.

Asian handicap, total goals, and both teams to score markets are settled based on the final official score. Live markets update in real time, but settlement may take up to 24 hours after the match ends. We reserve the right to correct obvious settlement errors within 7 days of the market close.

Live-dealer and slot mechanics

Our live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) are dealt by professional croupiers in certified studios. All games are independently audited for fairness. Results are determined by card draw or wheel spin—not by player history or account balance. We do not manipulate individual game outcomes based on losses or session length.

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, use multiple accounts, engage in fraud, or breach any gaming regulations in your jurisdiction. Closure may result in forfeiture of your balance if misconduct is confirmed.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

Our service on faceit is available only where local law permits. We do not offer our service in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. You are responsible for confirming that access and use comply with your jurisdiction's law. We are not liable if you access faceit from a prohibited jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where faceit operates. Any dispute is resolved through our internal dispute process and, if necessary, arbitration. You waive the right to pursue legal action in court, except where your local law forbids arbitration clauses.
